Macleod Simmonds is a multidisciplinary surveying company who specialise in using the very latest technology to create models of the real world, both above and below ground.
We are the leaders in subsurface imaging with our approach based on using High Density Array Ground Penetrating Radar Systems together with our in-house software applications.
Due to our continued success, our plans to expand are well underway and we are looking for GPR Technicians at all levels to join our team.
The role will involve collecting radar data from site using radar utility detection systems.
Due to the nature of the role, the ideal candidate will have experience in driving and manoeuvring a vehicle whilst towing a trailer.
Experience of GPR equipment and surveying practices would be advantageous, however, not essential as full training will be provided.
The role will involve working in all weather, sometimes at night and sometimes away from home, however, you will be financially rewarded for this.
It is essential that you have a full UK driving licence and agree to undergo various checks including: Identity, Right to Work, Employment/Education History and Criminal Record.
The basic salary is negotiable depending on experience.
